Who We Are

Brayford’s Engineering is one of the leading exponents in the Australian welding and fabrication industry.

Sheet metal fabrication is a key component in the precision metal fabrication work when component parts or finished products are being manufactured and we specialize in precision sheet metal fabrication in Sydney.

Brayfords Engineering is a company with a long history of providing metal for industrial projects. From Commercial kitchens , traffic light controllers to battery back up cabinets, Brayfords has provided excellent quality metal for many years.

Brayfords Engineering has made it their mission to be quick turn on orders, meaning that orders will be shipped out in just a short time.

With more than 30 years experience, the history of Brayfords can be evidenced by the hundreds of clients, small and large, who have used the skills of Brayfords staff and facilities for the manufacture of their products.

Our mission is to provide precisely manufactured and finished sheet metal components for our customers in a timely manner whilst endeavouring to continuously improve our processes and services.

What We Do

We provide a comprehensive range of services for our clients.

  1. General Metalwork

    At Brayfords we specialise in achieving demanding and innovative solutions to meet specifications in sheet metal transformation and fabrication encountered throughout a range of industries, from food to mining as well as electronics, lighting and gaming to name a few.

  2. Enclosures

    Custom made handrails and guardrails are on an upper level in the hierarchy of safety control.

  3. Commercial Kitchen

    Skyhooks Difficult Access Team can design and install lightweight fixed aluminium access ladders suitable for all access applications.

  4. Metal Fabrication

    Skyhooks Difficult Access Team can design and install fixed modular stairs and platforms suitable for all access applications.

  5. Custom Metalwork

    As per the standard AS/NZS 1891.4:2009 – Industrial fall-arrest systems and devices, Part4: Selection, use and maintenance, all permanently installed height safety anchorages, horizontal static lines and vertical line fall arrest systems and overhead rail systems must be inspected annually or in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions.

  6. Development & Engineering

    Brayfords Engineering Department will work closely with our customers to meet their requirements from product design to manufacture.

    Drawing on many years of experience in the industry we may be able to suggest ideas on your products to reduce cost and increase quality.

    Using the latest CAD/CAM software we are able to directly Import your 2D drawings or 3D models into our system, thus reducing time and eliminating redrawing errors.

    We are able to import the following file types:
    DXF, DWG, STEP, STP, SAT, IGS, IGES.

    We can also provide drafting services, if needed.
